Art is the only profession I can see myself creating a future. The thought of working for someone looms before me like a threat..a prison...... I have been many things. Advertising Executive, Sales Manager, Page designer, Teacher....but always I return to painting.
Art has been my passion. I remember the first thought when I knew I wanted to become an artist. I was always in my own world, paper in front of me...and I remember thinking that I want to be able to use brush and paint only to create anything I want on the page.
I love experimenting.... Landscapes are the bread and butter, the thing I do to give my mind a rest from thinking. It is the explorations into spiritual themes and issues which allow pieces like Magicka to shine through. I honestly believe that it connects me to the Great All. The images pop into my head, whole and complete already....I just put them onto paper. Isn't that the definition of Magick....the unmanifest becomes reality....I am creating Magick.
